Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies when you use ZooQQ to collect and process personal data of your own clients/contacts, and forms part of the agreement between you (the "Controller") and ZooQQ (the "Processor").
1. Roles
You act as the data controller for personal data of your clients/contacts that you add to ZooQQ. ZooQQ acts as a data processor, processing that data only on your instructions.
2. Your Responsibilities
You confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data of the clients/contacts you add, including any consent required for WhatsApp messaging.
3. Security
ZooQQ implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed on your behalf.
4. Sub-processors
ZooQQ may engage sub-processors (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, hosting providers) necessary to deliver the service.
5. Data Subject Requests
ZooQQ will assist you in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights, to the extent required by applicable law.
